Szechuan House - San Diego

So good. I've been ordering take out from here for years. Today was the first time eating inside. I'm gluten sensitive so it's really hard for me to have Chinese, but I found a few items for me. I went with my 3 sons and my 2 youngest tried fried shrimp for the first time. The staff is always very friendly.

The greatest Chinese food I’ve ever had. The orange chicken is amazing, the service impeccable, and don’t get me started on the over generous portions. This place is a must try!!!

Friendly staff, very polite & service was great. Food was tasty. We are hot & sour soup & vegetable fried rice. My vegan daughter had tasty salad & others had very tasty chicken & shrimp dishes. Good affordable food & great service!

I went there with couple of friends. They really took care of my special requirements. Food is tasty. Place Looks good. But seating is bad

So being a virgin to a new place. We decided to go wat at a new restaurant. Wow. What a great choice this was. The food was dynamite. Great customer service. Spotless bathrooms. Went in at a lunch time and had the lunch specials. Enough to fill you up. Cost was a bit over 20.00 which was not that much. Big plus points. It's made fresh. It's not sitting on a countertop for 15 minutes then served. So if you're looking for a new (better) place to eat. This is it. Great atmosphere and decor.

Great place for Chinese fare. I've always enjoyed Szechuan style Chinese restaurants and this place doesn't disappoint. Very reasonable lunch specials that will fill you up. My server was polite and fast, all while getting my order exactly right. The idea that they automatically give you hot mustard and sweet red sauce with your appetizer is amazing. I had the crab Rangoon app, honey walnut shrimp lunch special that came with the oh so tasty egg drop soup. I also asked for crispy noodles for the soup and they were the best kind.

Have been here for a few times already. Love the place and the food. The food is prepared fresh and tastes very authentic. Have tried various delicacy here but House special fried rice is my Go-to order along with Szechuan Garlic Chicken. Friendly staff.

The food and the service are always top notch! Very authentic flavors and by far one of the best places to eat in the county. The lunch portions are huge and priced well, and dinner is best enjoyed family style.
